Import and export support when the paperwork matters.
Choose prepaid help before goods move, when requirements are unclear or when a shipment is stopped. Send the facts online, then a compliance and escalation manager confirms the scope in writing before work starts.
Three ways to get the case moving
Every option includes a written next step. If formal clearance is required, we can coordinate with an appointed clearing agent after you approve it. Government, agent, storage and third party costs are separate.

Customs clearance is handled through an appointed agent
We lead the case preparation, document review and escalation work. Where a formal customs declaration or clearance is needed, we can coordinate with an appointed clearing agent under your written authority. Their fees, duties, storage and other third-party charges stay separate and are confirmed before work starts.
We do not give tariff rulings, pay duties, or guarantee a release or approval. If a specialist laboratory, customs professional, immigration professional or attorney is needed, we will say so before extra work starts.
Useful checks before you order
ProperSA provides qualified trade case support and scoped case preparation. Customs and trade requirements depend on the goods, route, country, declarations and authority involved. Final decisions remain with the relevant authority and appointed clearing agent where applicable.
