CSOS paperwork, prepared properly.

We prepare registration, annual return and change of details files for community schemes. Trustees or managing agents keep control of the final sign off and submission.

Choose the support you need

Scheme registration file

We organise the information and documents needed for a CSOS registration file and give the authorised representative a clear submission plan.

Annual return file

We prepare a checklist for the annual return, including the financial statements, AGM records, resolutions and levy schedule needed from the scheme.

Change of details file

Keep a scheme record current when its authorised representative, managing agent, rules or contact details change.

Dispute file preparation

We organise the facts, correspondence and supporting documents into a filing ready pack after the scheme has tried to resolve the issue internally.

How authority works

CSOS requires a community scheme to appoint its authorised representative. We prepare the documents and can guide the process, but we do not sign declarations, use a trustee's account without permission or make decisions for the scheme. The authorised trustee, chairperson or managing agent reviews and approves the final information.

For a dispute, the scheme needs to try its own internal process first. Where the scheme itself applies, an executive resolution and the appropriate signature are needed. We provide administrative preparation, not legal representation or a promise of an outcome.

ProperSA provides administrative preparation and document support. It is not legal representation, managing agency services or a guarantee that CSOS will approve a filing or decide a dispute in your favour.
