Two clear ways to get online properly.

Both options are set up in your name. Choose the Starter when you also want to be visible in local Google searches.

WEBSITE HEALTH CHECK

Already have a website?

Before you spend money on ads or a rebuild, check whether people can find it, use it on a phone and understand what you offer.

The Digital Doctor provides this separate website assessment. Their team will explain what is working, what is missing and what to fix first.

YOUR ACCOUNTS, NOT OURS

You keep control from day one.

We work under your written authority. The domain, email and DNS accounts belong to you, so you can change providers or add a web developer without being held hostage.

How ordering works

  1. Order online with the button below and pay securely by card or instant EFT (PayFast), or wait for the EFT invoice.
  2. Complete the short online form waiting in your client portal: your preferred domain names, the mailboxes you want and your business details.
  3. We set everything up in your name, usually within 2 to 4 business days, and your handover sheet lands in your portal.
  4. The price you see is the price you pay for the first year of the domain and the full setup - and if we cannot deliver what this page promises, you get your money back.

Frequently asked questions

Who owns the domain you register for me?

You do. The domain is registered in your name with your own registrar account, and every login is handed over to you in writing. We set things up under your authority; we do not hold your domain.

Why do I need SPF, DKIM and DMARC on my email?

Without them, your invoices land in spam and criminals can send email that looks like it comes from your domain. These three DNS records authenticate your mail and tell receiving servers to reject fakes.

Is a co.za domain better than .com for a South African business?

For a business trading in South Africa, co.za signals local presence and usually costs less. If the .com is available too, registering both and pointing one at the other protects the brand.

Do you build the website as well?

This service sets up the foundation: domain, email, DNS and your Google Business Profile. If you need a full website or an independent website health check, we say so upfront. The Digital Doctor provides that separate service, and you keep every login either way.

What does the domain cost after the first year?

The registrar's standard renewal fee, currently around R100 to R200 a year for a co.za, billed to you directly because the account is yours. We remind you before the first renewal so it never lapses.

Starting from scratch?
