Tender compliance audit
A bid can be rejected before anyone reads the price because one compulsory form is missing, a declaration is unsigned or a supporting certificate has expired. Send us the tender pack and your completed response. We check the administrative requirements line by line and give you one clear correction list before the closing date.
Tender compliance audit costs R1 490 at ProperSA. That is our fixed service fee; government and authority fees are charged at cost on top. If you give us everything we ask for and we still fail to deliver what this page promises, we refund our fee; a refusal by the authority is not refundable.
What is included
- The tender notice and compulsory returnable schedule checked line by line
- A document register showing what is present, missing, expired or inconsistent
- Signature, witness, initial and commissioner requirements checked
- CSD, tax status, B-BBEE, COIDA and sector registrations checked where the bid asks for them
- A final written correction list ranked by rejection risk
- One re-check after you make the corrections

What this service does not do
This is an administrative compliance audit, not legal advice, bid writing or a promise that the tender will be awarded. We do not invent experience, alter certificates or sign declarations for you. A bid received with fewer than two working days left may need an urgent quote.
Update, 2026: online RFQ evaluation
Since 1 April 2026, requests for quotations (RFQs) on the Central Supplier Database that do not need an evaluation committee can be evaluated online. Suppliers respond to RFQs on CSD under the My RFQ menu, and an RFQ will not be awarded to a supplier whose compliance indicators show non compliant. Registration on CSD remains free (Treasury fact sheet for suppliers on RFQ online evaluation, 23 June 2026).
Frequently asked questions
Does this include writing the proposal?
No. We check the compliance and administrative file. Technical proposal writing, pricing and specialist method statements need a separate scope.
Can you guarantee the bid will pass?
No. The institution decides responsiveness and the award. We identify visible administrative risks before submission.
How much time do you need?
Three working days is sensible. If the closing date is sooner, send the document first and we will confirm whether an urgent review is possible before you pay.
Where this comes from
National Treasury eTenders publishes the tender documents and each buying institution sets its own compulsory returnables. The tender document in front of you is the controlling checklist. National Treasury eTenders →
Rules, forms and authority fees can change. We confirm the current requirement against the responsible authority before a paid submission.
