What is included, every year

We do more than send a reminder.

The plan keeps your key company dates visible and helps get the filing prepared, completed and stored in your portal. We will tell you what we need from you before each filing window closes.

Why a retainer

Company paperwork is easy to put off while you are busy running the business. The plan keeps the key dates in view and gives you a clear route to completing each filing.

It is a practical way to keep your company records organised through the year.

How ordering works

  1. Order online and answer a short questionnaire with your company number, year end and contact details.
  2. We load your deadlines and confirm your first filing dates in writing.
  3. Each year, we prepare the filing, confirm the outcome and store the proof in your portal. The plan renews annually and you can cancel before renewal.

Frequently asked questions

What does the CIPC annual return cost on top?

The CIPC fee depends on turnover: R100 under R1 million, R450 to under R10 million, more above that. We invoice it at cost with the filing confirmation - no markup.

Is this a subscription? Can I cancel?

It renews once a year at R590. Cancel any time before your renewal date and nothing further is billed. Filings already made stay yours.

What if my beneficial ownership changes during the year?

Ownership changes must reach CIPC within 10 business days. Tell us and the refiling is covered by your retainer - no extra fee.

Do you also handle my SARS returns?

The plan covers CIPC filings and a deadline calendar across CIPC, SARS and COIDA. SARS submissions themselves are a separate service.
