How it works

Ordering, start to finish

1. Pick a pack or service and place a secure order. Your account, order, documents and progress then live in one client portal.
2. Tell us what you need in plain English. We ask only for the information needed for that specific job, in writing, so there is a clear record.
3. For a filing or registration, we confirm the scope and collect the relevant authority. You review key information before we submit anything where review is required.
4. We prepare the documents or administrative work, keep the order updated, and deliver completed files or confirmations in your portal. Pay online by card or instant EFT through PayFast, or by EFT invoice, at the stage stated on the service page.

Why written only

Compliance disputes are won and lost on paper. Working in writing means you always have a record of what was asked and what was delivered, nothing depends on remembering a phone call, and you can answer the questionnaire at 11pm after the shop closes. It also keeps our prices fixed: no billable hours, no meetings.

Our guarantee

If we cannot deliver what the page you ordered from promises, you get your money back. Not a credit, not a discount on something else - the price you paid, returned. Fixed prices only work if the risk sits with us, and we are comfortable with that.

What we are, and are not

ProperSA prepares documents and administrative filing work for small businesses at fixed prices. We may submit a registration or filing only where we are authorised and permitted to do so. We are not a law firm or a registered financial services provider: packs are templates and guidance customised to your answers, and the free tools are estimates. When a matter needs an attorney, tax practitioner, labour specialist, immigration practitioner or other licensed advisor, we say so instead of selling you something.

We do not do court disputes or litigation, CCMA representation, debt collection, personal legal matters such as wills, estates and divorce, or any tax work that requires a tax practitioner unless it is handled by an appropriately registered practitioner. If you ask us for one of those, we tell you the type of professional you actually need.

If your business needs a document or filing you cannot find here, email what you need to [email protected]. You get a fixed written quote within one business day - price, scope and turnaround before you commit to anything. If it is outside what we do properly, we tell you that instead.
