Security compliance pack

A security company answers to four separate bodies, each with its own registrations, returns and expiry dates, and none of them talks to the others. Being in good standing with PSiRA tells you nothing about your firearm licences or your provident fund arrears. This pulls the whole picture into one file with every date in one calendar.

How ordering works

  1. Order online with the button below and pay securely by card or instant EFT.
  2. Complete the questionnaire in your client portal: your registrations, your officer list and your firearm licences.
  3. We verify each item with the relevant body rather than taking the certificate at face value, and build the register as we go.
  4. You get the compliance file, the ranked gap list and the 24 month renewal calendar, with a written explanation of what to fix first and why.
  5. Regulator fees for anything that needs to be renewed or registered are quoted separately and paid at cost. Registrations we can complete for you are quoted at our published prices.

Frequently asked questions

Who is this for?

A security business that is already operating and wants to know where it actually stands, typically before a client audit, a tender, an inspection or a sale of the business. If you are still registering, the PSiRA business registration service is the right starting point instead.

What does it cover that the individual services do not?

The connections between them. A guard whose PSiRA registration is current but whose firearm competency lapsed, a firearm licence expiring in 80 days when the renewal window is 90, a COIDA class that has been wrong since registration. Those only show up when everything is looked at together, and they are the ones that stop you trading.

Do you verify each officer with PSiRA?

Yes. Certificates and PSiRA ID cards are forged often enough that taking them at face value is a risk, so registrations, grades and expiry dates are confirmed with the Authority and returned to you in writing. That written record is worth considerably more at an inspection than a photocopy of a card.

How long does it take?

Usually two to three weeks, most of which is waiting on verifications from PSiRA, SAPS and the Compensation Fund rather than on us. You get the gap list as soon as it is complete rather than waiting for the whole file.

What if you find something serious?

You are told immediately rather than at the end, in writing, with what it means and what fixing it involves. The gap list is ranked by what would stop you trading first, not by what is easiest to bill for.
