The same documents are requested in most bids, but they expire on different dates. We keep one organised tender file, check it each month and warn you before a tax status, affidavit, CSD record or industry certificate becomes the reason a bid is rejected.
Tender compliance vault costs R590/mo at ProperSA. That is our fixed service fee; government and authority fees are charged at cost on top. If you give us everything we ask for and we still fail to deliver what this page promises, we refund our fee; a refusal by the authority is not refundable.
What is included

How it works
- Send the core document or describe the job before paying if you are unsure.
- We confirm the scope, exclusions and outside fees in writing.
- You order securely and complete the short information request.
- We prepare the file, show you what is missing and obtain your approval before submission where submission is included.
- The completed work and written record are placed in your client portal.

What we need from you
- CIPC registration and director records
- CSD summary report
- Tax compliance PIN or SARS status documents
- Current B-BBEE affidavit or certificate
- Sector registrations used in your bids
- A working email and WhatsApp number for reminders
What this service does not do
The vault monitors documents you provide. It does not renew registrations automatically, submit tenders, monitor every opportunity or guarantee that a bid is responsive. Renewal work and a per-bid audit are quoted or ordered separately.

No. This service keeps the paperwork ready. The free ProperSA tender board helps you find opportunities.
Will you renew documents for R590?
The monthly fee covers monitoring and reminders. Any filing, renewal or government fee is separate and approved before work starts.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel before the next monthly period. Your documents remain yours and can be downloaded from your portal.
Where this comes from
